UKLTA is proud to announce that Matt Pennington, Chair of UKLTA has been shortlisted for the ‘Today’s Wills and Probate Industry Champion‘ award at the upcoming British Will & Probate awards 2022.
Today’s Wills and Probate Industry Champion, sponsored by Arken.legal. Launched in 2021 to recognise the the individuals who have contributed to the life and times the sector, the award is entirely nominated and voted for by you, the wills and probate community.
Matt is championing the use of technology for the advancement of the industry.
Bringing together suppliers and tech providers with solicitors and legal
professionals, to help them digitise their businesses and find solutions in a
consistent manner.
Through the work of the UKLTA, there is now a suppliers charter that companies
can use, demo days to easily view technology products, lots of industry webinars
and there are key groups within UKLTA for legal companies, for suppliers and for
innovation.
Matt started this organisation and has not only personally invested in its
success, but has made sure he has brought on experts to help drive the vision of
allowing the industry to access technical solutions easily while offering advice to
guide them through the process.
The UKLTA is now looking at students and helping them access key information
also. A lot of time and effort given for free to really help the industry.
